Clarionex is an AI platform for Romanian construction and design firms that bid on public works contracts. It monitors SEAP, reads the full tender package, and turns it into a structured bid analysis and a compliant cost estimate.
What Clarionex does

Continuous monitoring of SEAP, the Romanian national e-procurement system.
A tender package can run to well over two thousand pages, often scanned. The analysis agent reads all of it and returns a structured, source-cited report.
Extract the bill of quantities from the tender package and match line items against the Romanian construction norms database.
Why it's different
Finding a tender, understanding its documentation, and pricing it are usually three separate jobs in three separate tools - and what one tool learns, the next one can't use. Quantities get re-typed; findings stay buried in PDFs.
One thread: the same tender flows from discovery, through a source-cited analysis, into its bill of quantities and an HG 907/2016 deviz - without re-entering anything.
